**Please note** the apartment is currently being rented at a reduced rate due to the hotel being closed. There is renovation work being done on the complex so please note it is noisy during the daytime. Also the pool is not currently in use. With fantastic sea, pool and mountain views, this one bedroom located in Laguna Park 1 sleeps up to four people and is ideally located within easy walking distance of the beach. The complex itself has great adult pools with terraces and sun beds. There is also a pool bar, snack bar and restaurant on site with kids club for the little ones. Beaches are only 700 meters walk away from the complex and a whole host of bars and restaurants. The Space: Well equipped, bright apartment perfect for a relaxing self catering holiday. Guest Access: Keys are kept in a key safe next to the door of the apartment, codes are sent out a week before arrival via email. The Neighborhood: Plenty of local bars, shops and restaurants, 5 minutes walk to the beach House Rules: • No smoking • No pets • No parties or events • Check-in time is 2PM - 12AM (midnight)
