Bathroom with extra large shower, 1 bedroom with comfortable double bed and fitted wardrobes. The bedroom also has a TV with international channels and a safe. Very well maintained community and swimming pool with sun loungers available. The entrance to the flat has some steps (10), there is no lift. Private parking space available, under a carport. No parties/events or groups of young people under 25 (minimum age of one of the participants). Pets are not allowed, no smoking inside the house. Cot and high chair available on request.
