The property is entirely air-conditioned. Outside is a private, heated swimming pool, dining and BBQ area. **Living Room** The air-conditioned Living Room has: fireplace, dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and free WIFI. There are patio doors to the pool terrace. **Kitchen** The air-conditioned kitchen features: toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside. **Bedrooms** Villa Costa Papagayo 5 has 3 air-conditioned Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds. Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds. The pool heating system raises the temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not heated. The pool heating can be provided for an additional fee.
