"Callow Cottage is a house consisting of a kitchen and utility with gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher, a living/dining room with woodburning stove and TV, and seating for four guests, and a conservatory. The bedrooms consist of two doubles serviced by a shower room. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is off-road parking for 2 cars, a private garden with furniture, and use of the owners garden which has a swimming pool (open April-September inclusive), koi pond and orchard. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Within 1.6 miles you will find a shop, 1.8 miles a pub, and 1.5 miles a river. All of this awaits at Callow Cottage. Note: Due to the gardens being shared, please ensure dogs are friendly. Note: This property does not accept children under the age of 5. Note: There is a wired-off koi pond nearby, please ensure children are supervised at all times. Note: The swimming pool is heated by a solar powered pump, heat to the pool is subject to sunny weather conditions. Note: There is 3 night minimum for bookings. "All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
