Wifi, Smart TV with Freeview, guests just need their own Netflix/iplayer accounts, please log out before departure. Lounge has a wood burning stove plus games. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Allocated parking for 2 cars. Garden with lawn, raised patio and picnic bench. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. River is approx 1/4 mile away.There is also a footpath near to the cottage that takes you to the beach, approximately 1 mile. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.3 miles, pub 0.7 miles, beach 1 mile. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Please note: The garden is not fully enclosed. Woodburner and starter pack available plus reasonable wood usage, guests can also then pourchase more when they are out and about.."
