Details of the Cottage
"Ty Eiddew (Ivy Cottage) consists of a kitchen housing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a living/dining room with electric fire and a TV. There are two double bedrooms serviced by a shower room. To the outside is roadside parking and an enclosed rear garden with lawn. Within 1.4 miles there is a shop and within 0.1 miles there is a pub and please note that three well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Escape to this wonderful part of Wales with a break at Ty Eiddew (Ivy Cottage). Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: The rear of the property has communal access to the other three houses on the row, so we will be grateful if you can supervise your pets when they are in the garden. Note: Please keep dogs downstairs stair gate at the property."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
