"Monarfon consists of four bedrooms with TVs; a king-size with an en-suite shower room, a ground-floor double, a double and a twin, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. There is also a kitchen/diner with dining seating, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, a utility, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and Smart TV, and a conservatory. Outside there is a front and rear garden with seating, and off-road parking for three cars. Sorry no pets and no smoking at this property. Guests can find a shop and a pub within 0.4 miles. Monarfon is a wonderful base for a large family wanting to spend some quality time in this charming area of North Wales. Note: There is a step down into the ground-floor double bedroom, please consider when booking. Note: The garden can be enclosed when the gates are closed, but still not be dog/child proof so both must be supervised at all times. Note: This property only accepts weekly stays.
