This beautiful holiday home is surrounded by the nature and located above the holiday resort Crikvenica with beautiful view to the town, the sea and the landscape. In the basement there are the living-area and a roofed terrace with a mobile grill. In the 1st floor there are four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a roofed terrace, where you can relax in the morning glory. In front of the house, on the fenced plot there is a swimming-pool with open terrace, where you can enjoy the sunbath. Visit the town Selce and walk along the sea until you reach one of the restaurants with delicious seafood. The last approx. 200m to the house is a non-asphalted road.
