This large holiday villa in Crikvenica features 6 large bedrooms with private bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a home gym, a sauna, a garage, and laundry facilities. The villa’s outdoor facilities include a swimming pool, sun deck, and barbecue. Each of the two kitchens is equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils including a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, hob, oven, and kettle. The ground floor kitchen also offers a blender, filter coffee maker, and espresso coffee machine. The middle floor is designed as an open-concept zone with a large living room and fireplace. The bedrooms are spread over all 3 floors. The ground and middle floors have one bedroom, and the rest of the four bedrooms are located on the upper floor.  Two bedrooms have king-size beds and 4 of the bedrooms have double beds. Free Wi-Fi is available in all indoor and outdoor areas. 4 bicycles are available free of charge. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.
