"Perch Hut is a single-storey, studio-style hut consisting of an open-plan living space with oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dining seating for two people, and sitting area with woodburning stove. There is a double bed with Smart TV, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is non-enclosed, wraparound decking with furniture, barbecue, and lawn space with fire-pit, along with private parking for one car. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 2.8 miles, pub in 1.7 miles, and lake in 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. Perch Hut is an idyllic base for a rural retreat in East Sussex. Note: Guests can purchase fishing rights to the lake. Note: This property has disabled acess. "All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
