"The Hayshed consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen housing an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and hair dryer, a dining area with seating, and a sitting area with a Smart TV and board games. The property has one double bedroom, along with a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed front courtyard garden with furniture, a fire pit and a hot tub, and off-road parking for 1 car. Within 1.4 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.2 miles, a pub, while the river is 1 mile away. Sorry, no pets and no smoking in this property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
