Details of the Apartment

The village of Dalyan is situated on the South West Mediterranean on a river, surrounded by lush green fields breaking into Spectacular Mountain ranges. A short tranquil boat ride away from Dalyan harbour is the four kilometre Iztuzu beach that is home to the rare Caretta Caretta turtles. There is a lot to do and explore in this vast country and no where is a better base than Dalyan. We came to Dalyan 16 years ago and fell in love with its charm and friendly locals. As all the facilities are within easy reach to the apartment a car is not needed unless you are wanting to explore this beautiful country. This is one of Turkeys unspoilt holiday destination. Whether you want to explore the surrounding area or just sit back, relax and enjoy the atmosphere Dalyan is the place to go. The apartment enjoy the views of the mountains surrounding the resort of Dalyan. Ankara Apartments are located in the Gulpinar area of Dalyan enjoying peace and quiet but only a few minutes walk to local shops, bars and all the facilities of Dalyan. The apartment also has its own private pool set in its own mature garden. Ankara Apartment details This spacious and fully furnished, first floor, 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the pool The Apartment has its own private swimming pool. The Apartment has fridge, washing machine, flat screen (32inch) TV and stand alone DVD Player, gas/electric hob and oven, dining table, kettle, toaster, Ironing board, iron, hair drier..........in fact everything to make it a home from home. The apartment consists of open plan lounge and kitchen. The lounge includes settee, reading lamp, coffee table and air conditioning. The kitchen has table and four chairs, all the kitchen appliances, crockery and cutlery The apartment has two bedrooms which consists of : Bedroom 1 includes two single beds , bedside table, table lamp, double wardrobe and air conditioning, with door leading to the main balcony. Bedroom 2 has one double bed, bedside table, lamp, chest of drawers with mirror, hair dryer and AC, and access to own balcony with fly screen cover to the door. Bathroom located on the first floor consists of shower unit, wash basin and toilet. The rental cost includes bedding, towels and pool / Beach towels. There is also a travel cot with mosquito net and bedding ( suitable for up to 18months) The apartment has balcony's leading from the bedrooms and lounge area. You will find on the balcony patio table and chairs, to enjoy a glass of wine whilst sitting enjoying the views and the very pretty Turkish sunset. Internet access is available, password will be given on arrival Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided for guests around the pool. Location information. The apartment is set in a quiet but central part of Dalyan being 5 minutes from the town centre, where there is a wide selection of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The local water taxis will take you down river to the beautiful 4km Iztuzu beach alternatively travel by local dolmus and take in the magnificent scenery on the way.
