Luxury villa built in 2008 to the highest specifications, one of three villas next to the Dalyan River in a quiet location. Suitable for families, couples and groups holidaying together. Local supermarket 300 yards walk and five minutes walk into town. No need for a car - everywhere is within walking distance. Bars and Restaurants in Dalyan ( 5 minutes walk) Four bedrooms all with en-suite, and disabled friendly ground floor bedroom. Stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Air-conditioned rooms throughout. Kitchen/dining room and lounge - all mod-cons. Own pool 10 metres long with a shallow area (0.5m), mostly 2m deep. Local Tours available in Dalyan to sites of historic interest including 12 island cruise , turtle watching and to Ephesus etc. The world famous Iztuzu Beach ( or Turtle beach) is an easy boat journey from the Dalyan Public Quay by public boat service at very modest return journey prices. You can of course hire a private boat to take your party from the public river jetty near the villa and plan your own trip either up or down the river.These boats often provide an excellent lunch etc if you hire for a day. Some of the restaurants on the outskirts of Dalyan will arrange to collect from and return you to Villa Rosa after a night's dinning out.
