The open views of splendid scenery from every window offer our guests very exclusive experience. The feeling of SPACE is amazing, sunsets and sunrises are inspiring and the view of the stars at night is not to be missed. With such a winning location and lovely surroundings outside we have aimed to offer similarly winning accommodation inside. It is an ideal combination for a property that will live up to and exceed your expectations. Three villas ensure plenty of space both inside and outside for large groups. The sleeping and outdoor dining capacity is 21. Our properties are well appointed and comfortable with all you need for a wonderful holiday, a quality home from home. The living areas are tastefully decorated and offer cozy, relaxing sofas. There is a TV, DVD player and an IPOD docking station with speakers in each living room. Our WIFI has an excellent range. The bedrooms, master, double and twin bedroom are spacious with well planned storage space and more than enough hangers for your holiday wardrobe. (There is also a small single bedroom on the 1st floor if required) You will love our amazing, penthouse style, master bedrooms with their extensive, beautiful views visible even from the en-suite bathrooms! You will simply adore the exclusive 6ft 7 inch wide bed. We had the beds, and all the bedroom furniture custom made by a local carpenter. The kitchens are amazingly well equipped and are most reflective of our attention to detail. We are sure you will be pleasantly surprised to find that we provide all your everyday kitchen requirements: tin foil, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, herbs and spices. Baking paper? Yes, we provide that too. Each villa is identical in size and we have used identical furnishings to ensure that guests in all 3 villas feel equally content. Our villas are exceptionally clean and you will find every corner spotless. Pure cotton, white sheets and towels add an extra touch of luxury. We even provide 10 beach towels so that you don't have to weigh down your luggage. OUTSIDE:- We offer seating, al-fresco dining areas and two lovely swimming pools with plenty of sunbeds. Two pools offer the extra option of a “quiet” pool and a “noisy” pool. Most of our guests keep one for the children and their toys and the other one for the adults. Two of the villas have wheelchair access ramps which are ideal for suitcases and buggies also. Our property is located in a quieter part of Dalyan yet it's only a flat, 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants (15 minutes to the centre) or a 5 minute bike ride. One of our greatest assets are the ladies and gentlemen’s bikes that we provide (additional bikes can be rented locally) which have proven extremely popular with our guests. Bikes offer freedom to explore the lovely country lanes around the villas. Even people who haven’t ridden a bike in years will enjoy the easy cycling along the flat Dalyan terrain. The bikes are also great for popping to the bakery to buy fresh bread. One of our guests has summed it up perfectly “ You're far enough out of town to enjoy the cicadas, the stars and the sunrises over the mountains, but close enough to nip in for bread, the bars, restaurants or whatever else.” We look forward to welcoming you.
