"Glorious views out to sea and across the river. Two bedrooms on the ground floor: 1x double, 1 x twin. Two bathrooms, both with showers, one with a full-size bath. Open-plan kitchen/dining/living room with woodburning stove and doors to the terrace and garden. Lower patio deck is immediately outside the kitchen, It has a dining table, 4 chairs, a parasol, washing line, garden hose and night lighting. Lounge has great views across the river to Kingswear. Superfast broadband. Smart TV with complimentary Netflix. Lounge area offers 1 double sofa, 2 leather chairs, 1 modern dining table, 4 chairs, a coffee table. Well equipped kitchen including ample pans, serving dishes, knives, casserole dishes, champagne glasses, wine and water glasses, cups, plates, cutlery, cafetieres. Four-ring gas hob, electric oven, tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine and two mobile 'butchers' blocks. Log burning stove & logs (logs to be replaced and fireplace cleaned by guests). Washer/Dryer machine in bathroom, washing line outside, drying rack stored under stairs. New gas fired central heating boiler and fast hot wate. Two small dogs or 1 large dog welcome. An annual parking permit, for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to available spaces Please note that it is not available during the August Regatta).
