There are three double bedrooms sleeping up to six guests, one with an en suite shower room and one with a super king-size bed that can be split, on request, to provide two singles. On the lower ground floor is a spacious living and dining room, with wood burning stove opening into the well-equipped kitchen, with a further, tastefully furnished sitting room at entrance level. Approached through French doors off the dining room is a good-sized terraced balcony - ideal for al fresco dining - with a table and six chairs, whilst the lower decking has a lovely five-seater garden suite. With the added benefit of an off-road parking space for a small/medium car and a parking permit for use in the town centre car park (subject to available spaces) Armorel House provides an ideal base for guests looking to explore the town and the surrounding countryside."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
