"The living areas in this single-storey glamping tent consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with gas hob, microwave and fridge with ice-box, a dining area for four and a sitting area with sofa and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of one king and one double serviced by a shower room. Outside there is off-road parking available, a covered decking with furniture and a gravelled area with fire pit, barbecue and picnic bench with views over the valley. Within 1.6 miles there is a shop and 2.1 mile a pub. Short drive to Dartmouth Golf & Country Club. Sorry, no smoking. 1 well behaved dog welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Enjoy a wonderful retreat at Semira in Devon. Note: Pitched on a slight hill, please take care. Note: Five stairs to gravel area and six steps up to decking, please take care. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
