"The living areas in the property consist of an open plan first-floor living area with a kitchen with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, clothes horse, hairdryer, a sitting area with a TV and selection of books, and a dining area with seating for eight. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size, a first-floor double and a first-floor twin alongside a bathroom with a roll-top bath, basin and WC, along with a first-floor utility/cloakroom. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate can be provided on request but linens are not included. Outside there is an enclosed balcony with furniture and a car park with EV charging. Within 1.1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.6, a pub, and 0.8 the River Dart, and please note that this is a pet-free non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price (please bring your own beach and swimming towels). The Barn is a lovely base for exploring Devon."
