"Broadstone Boathouse is a ground-floor studio apartment, consisting of a kitchen with dining seating for two, an electric hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and a sitting area with a Smart TV and DAB radio. The bedroom is a double bed. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin, and WC. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included. Please note that there is no dedicated parking, however, there is plenty of free car parking very close by as well as Mayors Avenue car park or alternatively park and ride opposite Sainsbury's supermarket. YouÔÇÖll find the closest shop and pub in 0.1 miles. Broadstone Boathouse is your getaway to Dartmouth. Note: There is no garden space. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
