"Alpha Cottage consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and dining seating for four people, plus a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with electric fire and en-suite, and a twin, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed, rear courtyard with patio, picnic bench, and barbecue, with ample roadside parking available. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 5.6 miles, pub in 0.5 miles, and river in 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. Alpha Cottage is a charming base for a Devon getaway. Note: Limited headspace in shower room. Note: Steep and uneven staircase with rope banister - not suitable for those with mobility issues. "All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
