The villa has been beautifully decorated in a contemporary and modern style providing luxury furnishing throughout. The layout of the home is really sociable, while offering everyone their own space. It is perfect for a large family gathering or a friends reunion. On entering the villa there is a feeling of space. The open plan area starts with a formal dining space, with a large dining table, comfortably seating 10 people. The en suite bathroom has a tub, separate shower and vanity units and access to the pool deck. The villa features a 28ft x 12ft pool with spa, on an extended deck. The lanai has luxury patio furniture, dining table seating 8 adults, sofa set seating 4 adults and 4 sun loungers. The games room is well equipped with, foosball, darts, pool and table tennis. Upstairs, there is a second family lounge area, featuring a wall mounted TV a Playstation 4. There are a further 4 spacious bedrooms. Another Master King Suite, with walk in wardrobe, tub and shower. The Queen and Double Double bedrooms are connected by a Jack & Jill bathroom and the Twin has access to the family bathroom, with tub and shower.
