From the moment you turn into the beautiful tranquil Golf community resort of Highlands Reserve you immediately get the WOW factor and the WOW factor continues as you open our front door and explore our home which has central air-conditioning. Highlands Reserve is a highly rated and very popular community with a prestigious championship 18 hole (par 72) golf course (rated 3.5, Stars by Golf Digest's) with Tennis courts, large communal swimming pool and children’s play park. The reserve is ideal for Golfers and non-Golfers alike. The advantages of the Highlands Reserve are numerous. It’s an ideal location to explore, situated a short distance from world renowned attractions (Disneyworld is just 12 minutes away). There are many other internationally known theme parks and facilities in the area, such as Sea World, Universal Studios, Gatorland, Wet & Wild, Salvador Dali Museum, Lego Land plus sports such as fishing, horse riding and hot-air balloon, helicopter and air boat rides, etc. Visitors will also be spoilt with the numerous and diverse restaurants and dinner shows (Arabian Knights and Pirates, etc), offering excellent value for money, There are 3 major highways on the doorstep - Hwy 27 (where Highlands Reserve is situated) and Hwy 192 and Interstate 4 to swiftly get you from Orlando International Airport in approximately 35 minutes, Sanford Airport 45 minutes or Tampa International 65 minutes. The East or West coast and Kennedy Space Centre are around 60 - 75 minutes away. Whether you want to lounge around, or relax after a hectic day of activity, what better way to do so than watch the sun go down or play in our swimming pool which can be heated in the cooler months. What makes our home stand out from the crowd? It’s location, location, location, Large home with Comfortable furniture with wall mounted flat screen LED HDTV’s from the fantastic smart 70” and 60” HDTV’s down to the smallest 39”in the bedroom. Now to whet your appetite regarding the comforts of our Florida home. It is large and spacious, covering 2,949 square feet. For those who like to cook, our kitchen has all modern conveniences where you will find everything you need from crockery, cutlery and even an electric can opener, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, electric blender. American side by side refrigerator with ice-maker & drink dispenser. Electric Cooker with oven and ceramic hot plates, large Microwave, dish washer, everything you could possibly need to create anything from a snack to a banquet. Pool and Patio Area - We have provided sun loungers and a 2 patio tables with 10 chairs for your comfort. The pool can be heated for an additional charge (recommended from November to March). For those alfresco dining experiences, we have provided melamine crockery. A BBQ can be hired. TV/Living Room - The TV room has comfortable theatre type reclining armchairs to enjoy the benefits of our new flat screen wall-mounted 70' HD LED TV together with a Blu-Ray DVD player. Family Room - The family room is adjacent to the kitchen & dining area and has leather sofas. For your entertainment, there is another flat screen wall mounted cable 60” HD LED TV. Patio doors provide access to the pool deck with shaded area. We also have a pool safety fence which is required by law to prevent little ones entering the pool without supervision. The safety fence is removable. Master Bedroom - The exceptionally large master bedroom has a luxury king size bed, ceiling fan, wall mounted flat screen 43' HD LED TV, radio alarm clock and walk-in wardrobe. The master en-suite bathroom has a large corner Roman bath, a large walk-in shower, twin vanity units, a hair dryer, bathroom scales and a separate WC Queen Bedroom (Ground Floor) - This bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, flat screen 39' wall mounted HD LED cable TV and walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom is next door with a Bedrooms 4 and 5 - There are two twin bedrooms, one with a girls theme and the other with a boys theme each have a flat screen 39' TV. Each has ceiling fans and a built-in wardrobe. 2nd Queen master bedroom is located on the 1st floor with an adjacent bathroom with WC, vanity unit, and bath with shower over. The bedroom has wall mounted 39" HD LED TV. Games Room - Our games room is equipped with with a pool table, 7' air hockey table, and Electronic type dart board and also a Foosball table specially for the little ones. Little extras Wireless high speed DSL internet access throughout the villa & patio. Just bring your own laptop. Free phone calls to all of North America. Our management company is 5 - 6 minutes away so you will always have someone to call on Walking Distance to Shops, Restaurants & Bars 10 - 15 minutes For Golfers or complete novices the Clubhouse rents clubs and provides golf lessons and has a driving range. The clubhouse serves light snacks and drinks. Mike Dasher's Highlands Reserve Golf Course (opened in 1998) located 12 minutes southwest of Disney World is a golf course unlike anything you would expect in Florida. What makes Highlands Reserve special is the spirited design that matches the property's unique character. The course sits on the edge of a long sand shelf called the Green Swamp Ridge near the town of Davenport, with elevations spanning 120 feet from top to bottom. Dasher's holes fairly dance around it, two-stepping from a high point at the first green all the way to the low basin of the 13th fairway.
