Details of the Villa

We'd like to welcome you to our luxury, 4 bed, 3.5 bath villa, Sunsets at Sanctuary, in the gated community of The Sanctuary, West Haven. Our villa has an extended pool deck and large 30' x 15' pool and integral spa for enjoying pool days or relaxing at the end of a long day at the parks. Due to its West facing aspect we enjoy sun by day and beautiful sunsets each evening. Only 15-20 minutes to Disney, a 5 minute drive to the local supermarket, shops, restaurants and golf courses of Championsgate our villa is in an ideal location. Our stylish living room is spacious with comfortable seating for all guests. We also have a 50" HDTV with a premium TV package and Blu Ray player. The fully fitted kitchen equipped with everything you could need including fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, cutlery, crockery and linen. We also have a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Our Master bedroom with King sized bed also has a 32" flat screen TV, bedside tables, dresser, ceiling fans and walk-in closet. The Master en-suite has a large walk-in shower, garden tub, wc and double vanity units and sinks. The second Master bedroom has a Queen sized bed, flat screen TV, bedside tables, dresser, ceiling fan and wardrobe. The adjacent bathroom has a double walk-in shower, wc and sink. Our two twin bedrooms each share the Jack and Jill bathroom which consists of a shower over the bath, vanity unit, sink and wc. Each bedroom has two twin bedrooms, bedside tables, ceiling fans, flat screen TVs and wardrobes. For your added enjoyment we also have a games room with pool table, ping pong table and dart board.
