Details of the Villa

Single level villa with fully screened in pool and spa backing onto lush conservation. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a half bathroom with plenty of space for a large family or two separate families to spread out and relax. Upon entry there is a twin bedded room with double closet and TV. Opposite there is the garage, which has been converted to a games room with pool table and table football game. The utility area is also in the garage and there is a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience. Moving through to the main living area there is a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, double sink with disposal unit, small pantry and large American fridge/freezer. The kitchen has a breakfast table that seats 4 and bar seating for a further 3 people. The central living area of the house is open plan and has a circular dining table seating 6 people and a family seating area with comfortable sofas, armchair, sliding doors to the pool area and an entertainment unit with flatscreen TV, cable TV, DVD player and a CD player. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, large flatscreen TV and en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 2 is also a master suite and has a king size 4 poster bed, flatscreen TV, closet and en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and WC. To the rear there is a fully screened in pool and spa which back onto dense trees. The pool area is a good size with sun beds and a shaded lanai area with patio table seating 4. The front of the house has off street parking for 2 vehicles and a high chair, pack n play and stroller are available.
