Details of the Villa

Set on a small Mediterranean style enclave,in the lovely Champions Gate area of Davenport. Restaurants and Bars are minutes away, excellent road routes to all the attractions with Walt Disney Parks 15 minutes by car. Our private secluded pool is not overlooked as we are Lakeside with conservation views on two sides, we have the sun on the pool and extended deck all day so great for sunbathing,we have provided plenty of outside seating and loungers as well as tables to enjoy the view over the Lake and conservation area,we have a variety of wildlife that use the Lake and there is fishing in the Lake for those that would enjoy this pastime. We have a games room kitted out with an upscale pool table,air hockey and dartboard. The open plan lounge has a 55” HD 4K TV with plenty of DVD films in our library for nights in after a day at the attractions.We have a full kitchen that any gourmet chef would be happy with as it has plenty of pots and pans ,although there are plenty of Take away services just minutes away from the Villa.
