Beach is 300 meters away. Easy parking in the street, at no expense. Garden all around the apartment. Sunrise in the kitchen , then sun in the garden from 10 am all the way to sunset. Well maintained landscape . Parquet floor throughout. One bathroom with large tub, one with shower, three wc, including one for guest.
