"Walled Garden Cottage consists of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, dining seating for six guests and a TV, and a sitting room Smart TV. There is one super-king-size bedroom (zip/link, can be twin on request, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear courtyard with patio, furniture and hot tub, and off-road parking is available a short walk from the property. Within 3.5 miles you will find a shop and within 1.3 miles, a pub and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Escape to North Wales, with a romantic retreat to ConorÔÇÖs Cottage. Note: The WiFi is intermittent. Note: The owners have dogs who are likely to meet and greet guests, please consider this when booking. Note: This is an adult-only property. Note: No stag/hens or similar parties. "All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
