The twin room is situated on the ground floor with shower room next door, ideal for anyone with impaired ability.
To give extra flexibility one room has a king size bed that can be converted into two singles, suitable for children, on request.

There is a large, secluded garden with lawned areas, borders, mature trees & large patio.

One well behaved dog is allowed.

The tiny villages of Llanbedr-y-Cennin & Tal y Bont offer a handy post office/store with long opening hours, a fantastic butcher selling local meats, bread and vegetables and a choice of two pubs. A ten minute drive takes you into the historic walled town of Conwy with a range of small boutique, craft and gift shops, an award winning butcher, bakers, pubs& restaurants.
The Conwy Honey Fair in September and the Seed Fair in March are always busy days and the Conwy Food Fest and Rock the River Wakeboarding festival pack the town in October and August respectively.
