The two floor house is located in a residential complex, very quiet and away from the bustle in the summer. The plot has 930 m² and the house 340 m². The diverses terraces makes that the house has shade and sunshine areas. The big swimming pool, 4mx11m, is just in front the main terrace where to enjoy perfect dinners with wonderful views. The swimming pool has available a heat pump for heat the water in the coldest months in winter. At the ground floor we find a big living room with 4.5m high ceiling. The open kitchen has a dinning table and all the amenities you need to cook like oven, dishwasher machine, coffe machine, ceramic hob, toaster...
