"Gweedore Homestead is a three-storey house consisting of a kitchen/diner with dining seating for six people, breakfast bar for three people, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, a utility with washer/dryer, and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with TV and en-suite shower room, family room with two double, sitting area with TV, and en-suite shower room, and ground-floor double with TV, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is rear decking with furniture and ample off-road parking. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 1.2 miles, pub in 0.1 miles, beach in 0.6 miles, and river in 0.9 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Gweedore Homestead offers a splendid retreat, whatever time of year. Note: Fireplace in sitting area is decoration only - please do not light. Note: Utility is in the cellar. "All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
