The Farmhouse sleeps 14 in 7 bedrooms and 3 bath/shower rooms. There are 3 separate reception rooms, which all have huge open log fires. There's a large farmhouse kitchen which seats 14 in one sitting, a 4 oven aga produces the most fantastic meals (a convential oven is available as well).
There is an onsite indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym, games room and fishing lake (rainbow trout of 8lb+ were caught there recently!!). There is also a beautiful 4.5 acre wood onsite.
Libbear Barton is one of the top baby friendly facilities in the UK, where a full range of baby equipment is available on site for you to use.
There are 3 additional cosy cottages available for hire, each one has four bedrooms. Libbear Barton can accommodate up to 39 people - perfect for a special family celebration, a milestone birthday or special wedding anniversary.

Libbear Barton is located 2 miles outside the small hamlet of Sheepwash in North Devon. The surrounding area is all wonderful Devon countryside. The wonderful north Devon beaches are only 30 minutes drive away. These include, Bude, Sandymouth, Croyde, Woolacombe and Widemouth Bay. Many of the beaches are huge sandy bays with lovely rock pools for the children to explore. Surfing is the main watersport.
The Tarka Trail is local to the area and bikes can be hired to explore the trail. There are many local attractions including The Big Sheep, Milky Way, Dartington Glass and Gnome World.
There are a couple of local pubs, serving some wonderful food and providing the local Devon experience.
