"Barr na hAille, a single-storey house, consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and breakfast bar for four people, a utility with a microwave, washing machine, and tumble dryer, a dining room with dining seating for six people and an electric fire, and a sitting room with a TV and an electric fire. The bedrooms consist of three doubles. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. You'll find a shop in 5 miles, pub in 0.7 miles, and the coast in 0.01 miles. WiFi, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Outside, there is a garden with a patio, lawn, and furniture and off-road parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Enjoy a memorable escape to County Kerry at Barr na hAille. Note: All bedrooms have modern eco/electric radiators with a programmed timer under guest control."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
