"An Nead is a detached holiday cottage located in the rural townland of Ballinknockane, 7.5 miles from Dingle in County Kerry. The cottage has three bedrooms - one ground floor double, one first floor double and one first floor family room with two double beds in - meaning it sleeps eight people in total. Also on the ground floor are a shower room with shower, basin and WC and a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The living accommodation comprises a fitted kitchen with dining area (seats 6) and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside, there is off road parking for 6 cars and a rear lawned garden with picnic bench. With the scenic Dingle Peninsula to discover, and a whole host of amenities in Dingle itself, An Nead makes a great base for exploring this lovely part of County Kerry."

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
