"The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and dining seating, and a sitting room with woodburning stove and TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a twin and a single, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with lawn, along with off-road parking for two cars. Within 4.6 miles you will find a pub and within 1.9 miles, a shop and please note that two well-behaved pets are allowed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. East Balachladich is a lovely dwelling for a family escape to Scotland. Note: Pets are to be kept downstairs. Note: There are two steps up upon entering the property, please take care. Note: Whilst dogs are welcome they must stay in the kitchen area only. Please note: This property accepts stays with a minimum duration of 5 nights."

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
