"Harpham Manor House consists of a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, a dining room with seating for 12 people, two sitting rooms with Smart TVs, and a garden room with hot tub. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with Smart TV and open fire, a double with en-suite, two doubles, and a twin, along with a bathroom, shower room, and cloakroom. Outside, there is a non-enclosed front garden with terrace and lawn area, along with designated, off-road parking for four cars. Three well-behaved dogs welcome; please enquire first if you wish to take other types of pets. Sorry, no smoking. YouÔÇÖll find a shop in 3.6 miles, pub in 0.2 miles, and river in 0.5 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. Manor House is a wonderful base for an East Yorkshire escape."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
