"The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for five and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size double with en-suite shower room, a ground-floor twin and a first-floor double both with en-suite shower rooms. Outside there is an enclosed front terrace with patio, decking and furniture and roadside parking is available. Within 2.5 miles you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub and beach and please note that one-well behaved dog is allowed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. High Tide is the perfect base to enjoy a coastal getaway in Ireland. Note: Due to the terrace overlooking beach, max of 1 child under 6 years old is allowed"
