"Set across one level and hosting three bedrooms, including two doubles and a twin, along with a shower room, a kitchen and a living/dining room with woodburning stove. There is a large radiator powered by oil in the living/dining room as well as two electric radiators for additional heating. For entertainment, guests are provided with a Smart TV and high speed WiFi. The rental price includes use of bed linen, towel, fuel, a starter pack of pellets for the woodburning stove and power. Highchair and travel cot on request. Outside there is private parking for two cars and a large partially enclosed garden with a patio, lawned area, BBQ and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Smoking is not permitted. For local amenities, there is a shop within 2.4 miles a pub within 1.1 mile, and a glorious sandy beach within 1 mile. Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life with a stay at Newtown Lodge."

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
