"On one level with three bedrooms, including two doubles and a twin, with a shower room, a kitchen and a living/dining room with woodburning stove. Large radiator powered by oil in the living/dining room as well as two electric radiators for additional heating. Smart TV and high speed WiFi. The rental price includes use of bed linen, towel, fuel, a starter pack of pellets for the woodburning stove and power. Highchair and travel cot on request. Outside there is private parking for two cars and a large partially enclosed garden with a patio, lawned area, BBQ and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome at supplementary charge. Smoking is not permitted. For local amenities, there is a shop within 2.4 miles a pub within 1.1 mile, and a glorious sandy beach within 1 mile. The property is not suitable for 6 adults, 4 adults and 2 children only. If you would like to charge your vehicle please let the owner know prior to arrival and extra charges will apply for this"

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
