"The kitchen/diner houses an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dining seating whilst the sitting room has a woodburning stove and Smart TV, plus there is a snug. The bedrooms include a king-size and a twin, serviced by a shower room. To the outside is a garden with furniture and ample off-road parking. This property will accept one pet but smoking is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Within 2 miles or less there is a shop and pub. Choose Challenger Bothy for a scenic Scottish retreat. Note: No stag/hen parties. Note: Loch Dola is free to use by occupants. Note: Fishing in Loch Craggie is only allowed with a permit, obtained from the Lairg Angling Club. All wildlife is to be strictly left alone and watched only from afar. Please note: This property allows a minimum 3 night stay. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
