Outside, there is an enclosed, shared, front lawn with furniture and children's swing, a non-enclosed, shared, front garden with lawn, patio, and picnic benches, an enclosed, front patio with furniture and barbecue, and enclosed rear garden with patio and gravel. There is also off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking at this property. Lobster Cottage, a lovely holiday home you can return to year after year.
