Details of the Apartment

The apartment has two bedrooms, living/dining room, fully-fitted kitchen and bathroom/W.C
One bedroom has a double-bed, the other has two single beds and there are two sofa-beds in the living room. Both bedrooms and living room have air-conditioning operated by a remote control (these units are also heaters)
There are two balconies, one in the double-bedroom which overlooks the swimming-pool with views across the countryside towards Benamour golf course in the distance. In the living-room, the larger of the two balconies has views across the rooftops of private villas out towards the Atlantic Ocean on the horizon. As the swimming-pool can be seen from both balconies, it is ideal from a safety point of view as far as keeping an eye on the children, without having to sit by the pool. There is a table and chairs on the living room balcony.
The kitchen has everything required for a self-catering holiday plus there is filtered water on tap and so there is no need to buy (and carry) large amounts of bottled water from the supermarket.
The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults sharing the two bedrooms. One or two children can also be catered for using the sofa-beds in the living room.As well as secure underground parking, the apartment block has video-phone entry. The apartment is on the first floor and can be reached by either stairs or lift. There is an English speaking keyholder on site who is very helpful and knowledgeable of the local area.

Taviraholidaybreaks is located in Tavira, East Algarve

Tavira is approx. 40kms. from Faro airport (35mins. by taxi). The apartment is on a quiet, residential estate in Mato do Santo Espirito, just outside Tavira. Within walking distance of the apartment is a small, friendly bar and two excellent restaurants. This is not a holiday complex and there are none nearby.
Over the last decade Tavira has improved as a tourist location whilst managing to retain the original characteristics that make it one of the most unique and beautiful towns in the Algarve. Historians and sightseers can marvel at the castle, bridges, buildings and churches. Sun-worshippers, hop on the ferry to the never-ending beach on the Ilha de Tavira (ranked by Lonely Planet as one of the 10 World's best beaches to travel with children).
There are 7 golf courses in the East Algarve including the world famous Monte Rei course which was designed by Jack Nicklaus.
