"Bucket and Spades, a detached holiday home over three floors, consists of a kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, toaster, oven, and hob, a utility with washer/dryer, a dining room with dining seating for six, and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower and a second-floor double with en-suite shower and a second-floor double with en-suite bath. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a private rear gravelled area, a second-floor balcony with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Within 0.9 miles you will find a shop, 1.1 miles a pub and 0.1 miles a beach, Whatever the weather, a wonderful stay awaits at Bucket and Spades."

Close by is a local shop and the village is within walking distance, which has eateries and local shops. Further on by car is famous West Ham which has an English tea room. Also there is Sovereign Harbour to visit with more eateries and Eastbourne. And Beachy Head is a must see. Plenty more places to look around in the area. 1 dog allowed. No smoking. Check in at 4. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
