The apartment has a partial front facing view of the castle and esplanade and is within easy walking distance of all the major city centre tourist attractions, including the castle and The Royal Mile.

This closy, fully-equipped apartment comfortably sleeps up to four people, two in a double bedroom and a further two on a double sofa bed in the sitting room.

Ideal for a short, self-catering city break in the Festival city of Edinburgh or a great base for a longer holiday if you wish to explore other parts of Scotland. The apartment is also available for short term business lets.

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

Party Numbers – must not exceed four.
Cancellation fees - you must inform us of a cancellation immediately. Deposits are non-refundable, however you may be entitled to a refund of the balance paid if we can re-let for the same price. Any discounts we offer to obtain a short-notice let will be deducted from the balance repayable. It is highly recommended that you obtain appropriate holiday insurance.
Availability - we will make every effort to ensure the apartment is available for your use for the period booked. If for any reason this is not possible, we will try our best to find you an alternative property. If we cannot do so, or an alternative property is not acceptable, we will refund the full cost of any monies paid. In all circumstances our liability to you is limited to refunding the payment made to us.
Lost or non-returned keys - there is a £20 charge for lost ot non-returned keys
