The 2 full bathrooms come complete (1 bathroom with 2 showers, 1 wc and 1 washbasin and another bathroom with 1 shower, 1 wc and 1 washbasin). With all the Gaudi sites within reach such as the grand and impressive famous Sagrada familia, the two famous Gaudi houses of La Perdera and Manzana de la Discordia, the sprawling Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, you´ll spend hours rambling along and looking upwards. This grid-patterned area was created in the 19th century to accommodate the overflowing population from old Barcelona, luckily this coincided with Barcelona’s golden age of architecture.. Gaudí, Puig I Cadafalch, Domènech I Montaner were employed by the wealthy to build townhouses, each one more daring than the last… The Eixample district is divided in two, the Eixample Dreta (right side) and Eixample Esquerra (left side), this divide is marked by Passeig de Gracia, a highly sophisticated shopping street….. A large part of the Eixample’s attraction includes all the shops, restaurants, cafes and bars to be found… Passeig de Gracia alone will keep any visitor entertained for hours, but all the side streets are full of great stores, theatres, cafes with people everywhere, shopping, relaxing and enjoying an aperitif with friends and family… Check-in: - check-in between 1pm and 8pm are free of charge - check-in from 8pm to 12am have an extra charge of 30€ - check-in from midnight to 1am has an extra cost of 50€ - check-in with every hour after 1am has +10€ extra cost (example 1:00 - 1:59 check-in = 60€, 2am check-in =70€) As to provide you with better service please do not forget to phone 30 minutes before your arrival at the address in order to avoid delays. Check-out: Late check-out (until 5pm) may be requested, upon apartment availability and with an additional cost of €30. City Tax of Barcelona: We would like to inform you that since 1/04/2017 the municipality tax of Barcelona is 2.48€ per person (> 17 years old) per night. Security Deposit: We confirm that the deposit will be refunded once our cleaning team confirms that no damage has been done to the apartment and that the basic rules of the apartment have been respected. Once we have the confirmation, if the deposit has been paid by card, we will refund it within 48 hours. If the deposit has been paid in cash, it will be refunded within a week (by bank transfer). +++ Our place is just for relaxing holidays. +++ It is really very important to respect the rest of the neighbors and take care of all the equipment and furniture. In case of complaints from neighbors due to any noise (from 10pm to 10am) or rude behavior on the part of the Renter (or any person in the group), the tenant will lose the security deposit. The second complaint from a neighbor or any police visit due to a noise problem would break this contract immediately. The Tenant would have to leave the apartment immediately without any financial compensation. For any key lost during your stay, the tenant must pay EUR 50.
