If the deposit has been paid in cash, it will be refunded within one week, by bank transfer (please provide us with your IBAN on the day of your arrival). Our apartment is only for a "relaxed" vacation. Parties are prohibited in the entire building It is very important to respect the rest of the neighbors, take care of the apartment and its equipment. In case of complaints from neighbors due to loud noise (between 10:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.) or rude behavior by the Tenant (or any person in the group), the tenant will lose the security deposit. A second complaint from a neighbor or any visit from the police due to a noise problem would break this contract immediately.
