This apartment of 30 m2 fully decorated, renovated, is idyllic for your stay in Madrid. Located in the Art District, it is surrounded by the most famous museums of the city. Atocha station can be visited on foot, as well as the small and beautiful squares that cover Madrid, with its terraces and world-renowned gastronomic venues. The access to the different points of the city is easy, because we have the Metro Lavapies lines, a few meters away. It has a bedroom with a double bed, and a double sofa bed, making the capacity of 4 people. The bathroom is equipped with shower. The independent kitchen, glass ceramic has everything necessary for its use. Washing machine, kitchen utensils, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker. The floor is air-conditioned, by individual gas boiler for heating and air conditioning. In Alterhome, we like to personally welcome our clients at the moment of their arrival. The check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00 and check-out before 11:00. We have a strict non smoking policy for all properties and pets are permitted upon request by a 30 euros per service. We will be delighted to offer a range of additional services (paid and upon request) such as: Private transfers, early / late check-in and late check-out (subject to availability), Organise your groceries etc. It is very important for us that you have a pleasant stay. Therefore, we are always available in our office hours from 9:00. to 21:00, and out of hours 24 in case of emergency.
