There are many museums, cinemas and theatres within easy walking distance. The Apartment: The apartment is in a 1950s building that has been fully rebuilt from within, leaving only the original façade. The building combines original architectural features with touches of modern design to give each apartment its own elegant personality. There is central air conditioning in all apartments and magnetic keys grant access to the building and the apartment and control the power supply. There is a superb communal rooftop terrace fitted out so that guests can take in the stunning views over the city as they relax on the sun loungers and sip an early evening drink. The 95 m2 NoMad 1 apartment has three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. It can sleep seven. There is a bright main bedroom with a double bed, good-sized fitted wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with built-in shower. The other bedrooms are a twin and a single, and there is a double sofa bed in the living room. Two large balconies overlook the street and bathe the apartment in light. The bathrooms have a shower and towel warmers and are clad with colourful cement tiles that give them a stylish retro look.
