This apartment is located in Lavapiés, one of the most genuine and centrally located districts in Madrid. This up-and-coming area has recently turned in to a hot spot for the newer generations as well as for those in search of an authentic, multicultural environment. It is close to Plaza de Tirso de Molina, La Latina district and just 5 minutes walking distance from Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and all top tourist attractions in Madrid. The apartment: This apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with a lift. It features 4 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with bathtub, and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. The master bedroom is accessed from the living area and comes with a double bed and a large walk-in wardrobe. The living area has been tastefully decorated and has a double sofa bed for two guests. Both the second and third bedrooms are provided with two single beds. The fourth bedroom has no window and has been furnished with a double bed and a lovely vintage writing desk. At the end of the corridor, guests will find a large kitchen with a spectacular granite table that seats 10. The fully equipped kitchen comes with washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. There is free WiFi connection in the apartment. This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find public parking within 800 meters. The baby cot is subject to availability. There is no air conditioning. To take into consideration: We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times. The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT).
