This apartment is located right in the centre of Madrid, just a few meters away from La Latina metro station. Home to a great variety of bars and restaurants offering from traditional to innovative cuisine, La Latina is one of Madrid’s top tapas neighbourhoods. Perfect for enjoying a Sunday aperitive or shopping at the open-air flea market of El Rastro. The apartment: This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 2th floor of a building with a lift. On entering the apartment to the right, guests will find an open space integrating a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, vitroceramic hobs and all kinds of kitchen utensils, a tastefully decorated living room with a sofa bed and a lovely sitting area with adjoining dining room. This area has access to a very pleasant terrace. The tastefully decorated living room comes with a leather sofa that turns into a double bed. The night area has four double bedrooms, three of them equipped with a double bed, and one with two single beds. There are two bathrooms with shower. Wi-Fi, heating and partial air-conditioning in the living room. The baby cot is subject to availability. To take into consideration: We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times. The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT).
