This apartment is located in La Latina district, 5 minutes away from Plaza Mayor and just a few steps away from Plaza de Tirso de Molina and Plaza de la Cebada. La Latina is one of the oldest districts in Madrid: tourists and locals alike flock here to soak in the neighbourhood’s unique atmosphere and picturesque sights. Within easy walking distance from the apartment, the popular open-air flea market of El Rastro is held every Sunday. A must go: don’t miss it! The apartment: A simply delightful apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. Located on the top floor of an elegant building with a elevator, it has been stylishly refurbished with care and attention paid to every small detail. Its Mediterranean-inspired interiors are characterized by a beautiful combination of white and vibrant colours with a merge of vintage and Nordic-design furniture, including a stunning table made from exquisite wood. The apartment comes with 5 bedrooms: 2 standard bedrooms and 3 loft-style bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on the upper floor and it’s accessed via a spiral staircase. Provided with a double bed, it affords wonderful views of the city’s rooftops. The second standard bedroom is also provided with a double bed. All 3 loft-style bedrooms - one single, one double and a twin - have a reduced floor-to-ceiling height. Please note that guests may not be able to stand up straight in these bedrooms; however, their cosy décor and comfortable beds make them ideal for a comfortable night rest. There are two full bathrooms in the apartment, both provided with a shower. The comfortable living room, with a large yellow sofa and lots of colourful cushions, is the perfect spot in which to sit back and relax. The baby crib is subject to availability. To take into consideration: We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times. The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment. Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT).
