This apartment is located in the heart of Madrid, meters away from La Latina metro station. Home to a great variety of bars and restaurants offering from traditional to innovative cuisine, La Latina is one of Madrid's top tapas neighbourhoods. Perfect for enjoying a Sunday aperitif or shopping at the open-air flea market of El Rastro. The apartment: This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 6th floor of a building with a lift. The entrance to the apartment opens into a living area with integrated kitchen equipped with washing machine, vitroceramic hobs and everything you may need to cook. The tastefully decorated living room features a sofa bed and a lovely sitting area with adjoining dining space. This space has access to a beautiful terrace. The sleeping area comes with three bedrooms, each provided with a double bed. The bathrooms are modern and are equipped with a shower. Wi-Fi, heating and partial air-conditioning in the living room are provided. The apartment does not have private parking; however, public parking facilities can be found within 150 meters of the apartment. The apartment is located within an area called CENTRAL MADRID, where there are strict traffic restrictions. Please note that, in order to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the DGT (Department of Motor Vehicles), otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC (licensed car with private driver). The baby crib is subject to availability. Air conditioning in the living room and one of the bedrooms. Central heating hours are from 15:00 to 22:00.
